The full asset write-off cycle: from a register card to a signed set of documents. Everything runs locally, without internet.
Five document types from one set of data
Assets, commission, signatory and company details are entered once. After that, the app fills them into every document.

Move your register from 1C or another program in a minute
Nothing to set up: the app detects the encoding, delimiter and column names in Ukrainian, Russian, English and Polish on its own.
Choose a file
An export from 1C or another accounting program, any CSV or XLSX spreadsheet, a DOCX document or a backup.
Auto-detection
Windows-1251, 1250, UTF-8 and UTF-16 encodings and headers are recognized automatically.

You see exactly what will be added before anything is written to the database.
Summary
Added, duplicates skipped, errors: it's all in the report.
The route sets the document wording
Choose what happens to the asset next. The reason, conclusion and TEO follow the route, and any text that contradicts it is replaced with the standard one.
Disposal
The asset is completely unusable. The conclusion and TEO justify disposal.
Sale
The asset is sold. The documents use the matching wording.

Usable parts are kept, the rest is written off.

Three languages for the interface and documents
The language is chosen at first launch and can be changed at any time. The document language is set separately: you can work in Ukrainian and save the report in Polish.

Your data belongs only to you
CoremainTech has no server and no accounts. Everything is stored in a file on your computer.
Encryption
The database is encrypted with your Windows user key. It can't be opened on another PC or by another user.
Offline license
The key is tied to the PC code and verified by a digital signature. No internet needed.
Clock tampering protection
The app notices if the PC clock has been set back and won't let you extend the license that way.
Auto-backups and export
Backups are created automatically, plus extra ones before import and clean-up. There's a separate export for moving.
Crash recovery
Writes go through a temporary file and a .bak copy. A damaged file is kept separately, not overwritten.
Protected build
Debugging tools are disabled in the installed app. Data can't be opened before activation.
