An assistant that writes drafts for you
Reasons, conclusions and TEO, document translation, search and register edits in plain words. The assistant is optional: without it, all manual work still works fully.

The write-off reason, conclusion and TEO for a specific asset, taking the “After write-off” route into account.
Batch drafts
For bulk write-offs, texts are prepared in one request per 4 assets. Instead of 12 requests for 8 documents, you need 1–2.
Document translation
Free text is translated into the document language. Names, numbers, amounts and inventory numbers stay unchanged.
Chat assistant
It tells you where things are, how to create a report, import a register or make a backup.
Work with data in plain words
“Find the accounting laptops”, “write off 3 monitors”, “change the report status”: the assistant finds, prepares and shows the changes.
Request counter
Settings show how many requests you've used today and how many are left. The counter only informs and never blocks your work.
Nothing changes without your “yes”
The assistant suggests, you decide. Every change is visible in advance.
- A card with a previewYou see what will be created or changed before it happens. Nothing happens until you press “Confirm”.
- UndoUp to 10 applied changes per session can be rolled back, as long as the records haven't been edited by hand.
- LimitsThe assistant can't delete assets, and it only moves documents to the Trash.
- Suggestions don't hang around foreverAn unconfirmed suggestion is valid for 30 minutes. You can turn the assistant off with one checkbox in Settings.
Typical reasons for your industry
Choose your sector in Settings → Company details. The app suggests typical write-off reasons for each asset class: three options in each language. The reference list works without AI too.
What is never sent to the AI
Requests are only sent when you've turned AI on yourself and entered a key. Even then, sensitive data stays on your PC.

The AI key is protected
The key is stored encrypted on your PC. Requests are made by the app's main process: the chat window never sees the key, and it's masked in responses.
Work never stops
If the AI is unavailable, the limit is reached or the license has no AI, documents are created with standard texts. The app switches between models on its own when the service is overloaded.
Three steps to the assistant
A license with AI
Keys are issued without AI, with AI for the whole term, or with AI until a set date. You can add AI later with a new activation code, no reinstall needed.
AI key
Settings → “AI key” → paste the key → “Save”. One key works for all AI features.
Done
“Assistant” appears in the side menu, and draft buttons appear in documents. Internet is required.
